Participate in scheduled classes and complete assignments on time

4. Pricing and Payment

All course prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) and include tax. Payment is required at sign-up or before the course begins. Full payment must be made upfront for all services.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your enrollment anytime with a minimum of 10 days’ notice before your course start date.

Partial refunds: No refunds are given for courses already in progress.
Full refunds: Only available if the course hasn't started.

6. Limitation of Liability

LearnAIHub360 is not responsible for third-party actions or improper use of course materials by users. Our liability is capped at the amount paid for the course.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be settled in Zürich, Switzerland.
